Where Can I Serve?

Jesus told us, his disciples, to make disciples of all nations. One of the most important values of Corinth Baptist Church is our mission to the world. It begins in our own community, and spreads overseas to every nation. Corinth Baptist members are involved in a variety of ministries from things as simple as washing the church vehicles, to preparing the church bulletins.

C.A.R.E – Christians Actively Reaching Everyone

Do you have a heart for the sick and the shut-in?  Come join us on Tuesday mornings at 10:15 and help us love on some folks who are home bound.  For more information, see Ed Garner.

CARE Outreach Ministry

CARE Outreach Teams meet every Tuesday evening that ministers through visits to our visitors and shut-ins, hospital visits, cards, prayer teams, etc.  For more information, see Bobby McCubbin.  Click for Details

Hands of Hope

Hands of Hope is an outreach ministry that meets the physical and spiritual needs of the broken and hurting.  This ministry serves wherever God leads, helping people with their physical needs by providing sack lunches, clothing and personal items as well as meeting their spiritual needs by sharing the gospel, handing out tracts and Bibles and through prayer.  For more information, see Patsy Waites.

WMU – Womens Ministry Union

Women who have a heart for ministry can join this team of missions-minded ladies who serve locally and in our surrounding communities and also support missionaries around the world.  We meet on the first Monday of every month.  For more information, see Patsy Waites.

Firewood Ministry

During the winter months, our Firewood Ministry helps to provide firewood to those who need help.  For more information on this ministry, see Joseph Simpson.

Music, Media & Sound

God-honoring worship is something we strive for. Many church members get involved in our music, media and sound ministry. Some play their instruments. Some are vocalists. Others are involved in the choir. Still others work behind the scenes to prepare visual aids and run the sound booth. These volunteers are an important part of the ministry of Corinth Baptist Church, using their talents and gifts to glorify God.  For more information, see Joel Agan.

Adult Choir

Our adult choir practice is every Sunday at 4:30 pm in the Sanctuary.  For more information, see Joel Agan.

Children’s Choir

Children’s Choir practice is every Sunday at 4:30 pm in the Choir Room.  For more information, see Missy Lemmings or Deborah Whitton.

Youth Drama

Drama ministry practice for ages 6th grade – college is every Sunday at 4:30 pm in the Youth Center.  For more information, see Jada Osteen.


Our usher work hard every Sunday to help direct attendees to their seats, help visitors find their classrooms, answer questions and ensure that all our visitors are welcomed.  For more information, see Johnny Roer.


Our greeters are folks who love to talk with people and provide information and direction during services and events.  For more information, see Jimmy Lemmings.


Our security team keeps watch over the parking lots and play areas during services.  For more information, see Tim Craft.

Prayer Warriors

Prayer cannot be overestimated. Prayer moves the hand of God.  Corinth Baptist Church is a body of believers dependent upon prayer, and committed to God’s sovereignty. We have prayer teams set up through our Sunday School ministry that keep an active prayer list and minister to those in need of prayer throughout the week.  See Don Edwards or Billy McAdams for more information

Youth Ministry

Here at Corinth Baptist Church we believe in training up our youth because they are the future of our church.  For more information, see Missy Lemmings.

WOL – Word of Life

Do you have a gift for teaching?  Our Word of Life ministry team is dedicated to teaching children from birth through fifth grade about the Word of God.  Word of Life meets Wednesday nights during the school year.  For more information, see Carl Malcolm.

Sunday School

The Sunday School of Corinth Baptist Church exists to connect people to Jesus Christ by teaching the Bible to change lives, reaching the lost with the good news of Jesus and caring for people through prayer, ministry and fellowship.  For more information, see Mark Wade.

Children’s Church

In order to give our children the best Bible teaching possible, Corinth Baptist holds a Children’s Church service in conjunction with the main service for children ages three years to third grade. This special time gives kids more opportunity for interaction and learning in a context and manner that may be better suited to their age and learning styles.  For more information, see Carl Malcolm.


Our nursery team provides a safe, loving environment for your little ones during the morning service.  For more information, see Janie Baxter.

Bus Ministry

Our bus ministry is an important outreach to children and others who do not have transportation to church.  Our bus ministry team doesn’t just take folks to church – they lead them to Jesus!  For more information, see Linda McLarty.


Upward Sports kids soccer programs provide a positive sports experience  for boys & girls ages 3 through 5th Grade  We are in need of coaches, assistant coaches, game day helpers and concession workers.  For more information, see Joseph Simpson.


Evangelism doesn’t just happen in the church – it happens everywhere people are and our softball fields are no different.  If you enjoy sharing your faith out in the community and love sports, come join our softball ministry team.  For more information, see Michael Garner.


Corinth Baptist Church has many events throughout the year where church members and the community come together in fellowship.  Our hospitality team works hard to provide food and other amenities for these events.  For more information, see Mark Wade.

Food Pantry

Do you have a desire to feed the hungry?  Our food pantry serves the local community every Thursday morning.  For more information, see Sadie Estep.

Clothing Closet

Our clothing closet is open to the public every Thursday morning.  Our clothing closet ministry team help to clean, sort and organize donated clothing to give away to those who are in need.  For more information, see Susan Adair.
